The comprehensive solution for automaintenance

Our software solution improves the productivity of industrial machines focusing on the maintenance. This solution is divided into two parts with the next features:

1. An App for mobile devices running Andorid OS to guide to the operators to carry out the maintenance in autonomous way.

2. A website with a control panel that allows the administrators to manage the maintenance editing the plan in a visual way and control its execution.

Maintenance Plan

Through our App for tablets, we offer different maintenance tasks and an execution calendar in order to the operators can carry them out themselves without the intervation of any external consultant.

This Maintenance Plan can be modified and customized according to the availability of the plant, shifts, etc. You will be able to do everything from our platform where the user will have activated their own panel for each machine.

Maintenance Tasks

Through our App for Android devices, we offer detailed descriptions for each maintenance process, for instance filter changeout, lubrications, etc., with:

• Images
• Decriptive texts
• Estimated execution time
• Spare parts needed
• Wastes generated
• Workplace security

Time data recording

Our App registers either the maintenance works time or production time and interruptions that might have occurred during the those works. The main aim is to display real data (for each machine, shift or operator) about the losses in theses process and their own indicators of:

• Productivity
• Reliability
• Availavility
• Maintainability

These data can be checked and processed by means of a specific panel in our platform.

Incidents management

In case of an indicent happens or a failure in the machine, the operator must register it through our App,  this fault could be for; excesive noise in…, hydraulic leakage…, momentary stop…, etc. This incidente created by the operator arrives to the responsible defined by the customer through the control panel in order to process it ( close it, program an action, etc.).

Warning Panel

By means of control panel it´s possible to program alarms and remainings when a falirue happens, cycle deviations, etc.

Corrective managment Panel

Sometimes, the preventive maintenance or the incidents mentioned before will generate corrective maintenance. Then, to organize them, to get ready with them or to program these works there is abled another panel in our platform.

Spare parts management

We want to offer to our customer a tool in which they could manage the spare parts stock in an easy and quick way and efficiently. Thus, they could optimize the stock, automate purchases, choose suppliers, etc.

DB Errors

Our App has a powerful searching engine to evaluate and resolve all the failures in the machines.

Manuals

We offer the possibility to upload technical manuals related to spare parts, electric schemes, operation manuals…and view them through our App for mobile devices.

Historical machine data

We provide to our customers a comprenhensive historical data where they will see the maintenance actions either correctives or preventives that they have carried out in their machines. Apart from giving a value-added to the machines, the historical data creates an useful data base for future incidents.
